Return policy

By shopping at Sam Valasek Art, you agree to the following terms:

EXCHANGES

I accept exchanges within 14 days of your package delivery. All customers are required to purchase their own return label for the exchange.

Items being exchanged must be in new condition, unwashed, unworn, and free of pet or human hair.

If the item does not meet these criteria, I will ship your package back to you and not carry out the exchange.

To initiate an exchange, please email sam@samvalasekart.com with your order information. Once I receive your item in the mail, I’ll reorder your item to be made and shipped to you.

RETURNS

To initiate a return on eligible items, please email sam@samvalasekart.com with your order information.

I currently accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of your package delivery.

If 14 days have passed, I unfortunately can’t accept a return.

The store credit amount will be your total minus the original shipping costs.
All customers are required to purchase their own label for the return.

If an item you received is damaged through our fault, is not the item you ordered, or is the wrong size, please email sam@samvalasekart.com with your order information and include photo proof of the issue.

I’ll get back to you as soon as possible! Do not send any items back unless I’ve confirmed to do so.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

All digital downloads are final sale. Because digital products are instantly accessible, I can’t offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once your purchase is complete. Please read each product description carefully before buying to ensure you know exactly what’s included.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your files, email me at sam@samvalasekart.com and I’ll make sure you receive your downloads without a problem.
